Our client is looking for an Experienced Receptionist to work in a prestigious Auto Dealership.

You will be responsible for handling the flow of people through the business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks to include:

  • Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
  • Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing and processing orders

You must be exceptionally well presented with strong and accurate administration skills.
