Our client is looking for an Experienced Receptionist to work in a prestigious Auto Dealership.
You will be responsible for handling the flow of people through the business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks to include:
- Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
- Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
- Dealing with all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing and processing orders
You must be exceptionally well presented with strong and accurate administration skills.
